Hello Elementary School Parents,

It has been another wonderful week of learning in the Elementary School!

From October 13 to November 1, Elementary School PE classes for Grades 1–5 will continue twice a week in the gym, while swimming lessons are temporarily postponed due to the pool being used by the Secondary School.

During this period, students will focus on skill development, fitness, and cooperative activities in their PE classes.

Important Reminders:

  • Students must come in proper PE attire, including suitable footwear.

  • Students should bring a water bottle to every PE class.

  • All students are expected to follow PE expectations to ensure safety and full participation.

✅ Swimming will resume once a week starting November 3.

During this week, all ISY students are invited to participate in daily activities/dress up days. With the holidays approaching and people traveling, you might want to pick up something for dressing up or accessories.

⏰ Finally, a reminder that there will be no school for students on Monday, September 29. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday, September 30, at 8:00 AM.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead!

Mr. Geoff Heney
Elementary School Principal
