Lace Up! The ISY Community Run is Coming to Kyaikkasan Stadium

Looking for a great way to kick off your weekend with the whole family? Join us for the annual ISY Community Run on Saturday, September 26th at Kyaikkasan Stadium in Yankin. Whether you are aiming for a personal best or just looking to enjoy a morning walk with friends, this event has something for every age and fitness level.

Registration opens at 7:30 AM, and the main events kick off promptly at 8:00 AM.

We are offering three main pre-registered events:

The 5K Race: Our headline event! Compete for prizes and medals across multiple age divisions, including Elementary, Middle/High School, and Adults (categories for both male and female runners).
The 1-Mile Fun Run: A relaxed, untimed run designed for all ages to enjoy.
The Community Walk: A fun, casual walking track for those who want to get moving without the rush.

Got extra energy? We will also host spontaneous mini-races on the morning of the event that you can sign up for on-site.

This event is open to all students, parents, staff, and family members across our ISY community. Please make sure to complete our sign-up form by Friday, September 18th, so we can prepare materials and numbers for everyone.

As part of our commitment to regional collaboration and creative expression, ISY students have the opportunity to participate in two major SEASAC events in the coming months.

These events give our young artists and musicians a platform to work alongside peers from international schools across Southeast Asia, learning from guest clinicians and performing on an international stage.
