Next week, our amazing volleyball and football teams will embark on an exciting journey to represent ISY at their SEASAC tournaments.

Being part of SEASAC is an incredible experience that goes far beyond the scores. It is about building lifelong friendships, gaining new experiences, and proudly representing ISY on the international stage. These tournaments are a perfect chance for our athletes to showcase their skills, hard work, and sportsmanship. Just as valuable, they connect our students with the rich cultural diversity that comes from competing across the region.

  • Boys Volleyball will head to RIS in Bangkok, Thailand.

  • Girls Volleyball will compete at UWCE in Singapore.

  • Both our Boys and Girls Football Teams will travel to AIS in Singapore.

ISY Girls vs. HEROS Boys Friendly Match

Final Score: ISY 0 - HEROS 4

Penalty Shoot-Out: ISY 3 - HEROS 1

The ISY Girls Football team delivered an inspiring demonstration of grit and determination in their match against the Heroes.

In the first half, our strategy focused on counterattacks. The second half saw a shift to a possession-based approach, with quick passing, overlapping runs, and switching sides. This shift in strategy unlocked our attacking potential further, leading to the creation of several promising opportunities.

This match was a strong demonstration of the team's ongoing improvement in both attacking play and teamwork. That development translated directly into success in the penalty shoot-out, where the team was flawless on offense and goalkeeper Jessica delivered two game-winning saves.

Special mentions go to Jessica, who showed incredible composure and skill in goal, and to Kyi Sin, who stood out as a tireless and confident side back, excelling in both defense and dribbling. Great effort, ISY girls!
