Celebrating Our Elementary School Volleyball Debut!

What an incredible start to the ES Volleyball season! Our Elementary Chinthes played their very first two matches against the YIS Volleyball team, and the court was filled with energy, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

All 13 student-athletes from Grades 3 through 5 hit the court, taking full advantage of the opportunity to practice their volleyball skills, communication, and game awareness in a real match setting. More than just great volleyball, our players demonstrated true Chinthe Spirit by cheering each other on, sharing pre-game friendship circles, and shaking hands with their opponents.

Congratulations to all our players for their hard work and dedication. It was a positive and memorable milestone for our Elementary Athletics program!

Boost Your Agility and Focus on the Gym Courts!Β

Our double indoor gymnasium courts are more than just the stage for YAC and SEASAC match daysβ€”they are open for all Chinthes to move, play, and train!

What You Can Do: Book gym court space for full-court basketball pickup games, volleyball serving and setting drills, indoor badminton, or quick-footwork ladder and agility sessions.

Benefits for Body and Mind:

  • For the Body: High-tempo court activities deliver an incredible cardiovascular workout while improving dynamic balance, hand-eye coordination, and joint stability through movement.
  • For the Mind: Fast-paced gameplay requires instant decision-making and total presence. Stepping onto the court forces you to leave academic stress at the door, sharpen your focus, and recharge your mental energy through team play.
