It was a pleasure seeing so many of you at our Parent-Teacher Conferences today. These meetings are a vital opportunity to celebrate your child’s growth, not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. In a world of high expectations, taking this moment to reflect and set goals for the final quarter is essential to the learning process. Please remember that our partnership doesn’t end today. At ISY, we maintain an open-door policy; you are always welcome to schedule a meeting with a teacher or administrator whenever questions or the need for clarification arise.
| 🎭 ISY Musical: Once Upon a Mattress |
Next weekend, April 3 and 4, your family is invited to school to watch the musical Once Upon a Mattress performed by our Secondary students. This musical, made famous on Broadway over the years, is based on the fairy tale "The Princess and the Pea." Our students have worked incredibly hard over the past few months to present an engaging show!

Finally, it is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our beloved Art teacher, Kirstin Hedger. Mrs. Hedger is retiring to the United States after 10 wonderful years at ISY and over 30 years as an educator. She has had a tremendous positive impact on thousands of students and colleagues throughout her career, and we wish her all the best in her next chapter.

As she departs, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Theigi, who will be our new Art teacher for Chinthe Cubs 3 through Grade 2. |
