☀️ Summer Training: Setting the Foundation for Season 1 Success |
As the academic year comes to a close, our focus shifts to the future and ensuring our Chinthes are equipped for a fast-approaching Season 1. When we return in August, our student-athletes will dive straight into an action-packed schedule featuring SEASAC/YAC Volleyball, SEASAC 11-a-side Football, SEASAC Cross Country, SEASAC Golf, Middle School Basketball, and Elementary School Volleyball.
Achieving excellence on the international stage requires immense individual dedication and the reflection to begin preparing long before official practices start. Season 1 begins soon after we return in August, so we encourage returning and aspiring athletes to stay active over the summer break. Regular exercise, sport, or outdoor activity will help students return ready to train, join their teams, and make the most of the season ahead.

🌏 Chinthes Worldwide: Lifelong Activity and Global Wellness |
Whether your family is staying here in Myanmar for the summer or traveling to home countries and new destinations across the globe, maintaining an active lifestyle is central to our commitment to personal growth and physical sustainability. Movement is a lifelong pursuit, and the summer holiday offers a perfect window to explore activities that keep us connected, healthy, and energized.
For Chinthes traveling internationally, we encourage you to seek out local sports camps, explore hiking trails, or utilize community swimming pools to maintain your fitness. For those remaining in Yangon, our top-tier campus facilities remain a fantastic resource for individual workouts and recreational play. Finding creative ways to stay active—whether through a pickup basketball game, a morning jog, or family fitness routines—helps our students return to school with a strong sense of well-being, ready to collaborate and lead in our community.
