From November Gratitude to December Cheer!
What a wonderful kickoff to December! It has been a learning-filled week both in and out of the classroom.
22 Grades 3-5 students participated in an inter-school basketball game on Wednesday. The students had a wonderful time and showed off some impressive skills on the court. Congratulations to all our students.
| 🎄 Holiday Bazaar and Holiday Concerts | Wednesday, December 10 |
On December 10, ISY will be hosting the annual Holiday Bazaar. Please see the community section for details. If you would like to explore the bazaar with your child and help them shop for Christmas gifts, please see the shopping times for each grade level below.
We kindly ask that you do not take your child from class to go to the bazaar. Students will attend at their assigned times. Please note: Grade 5 will be volunteering at a station and will have the opportunity to shop on their own.
As communicated yesterday, our elementary students in Grades 1-5 will participate in a holiday concert on December 10 at 2:30 PM in the gym. Students will highlight some of their collaboration and musical skills from the semester. Parents are invited to attend this holiday event. Chinthe Cubs 3 & 4 and Kindergarten will do a few songs at 1:00 PM on the covered courts. Parents are invited to attend.
Scheduled grade level shopping times
Next Friday, December 12, we will have our Holiday Assembly for all elementary students. Please note that Chinthe Cubs 3 & 4 will depart at 11:30 AM. All other students depart at Noon.
