Dear Parents,
Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful and refreshing Thingyan holiday. It has been a joy to see the students settle back into their school routines so quickly this week.
| š ā»ļø Celebrating Earth Day ā»ļø |
Today, we celebrated Earth Day as a whole school. This is a vital time for us to pause and consider our individual impact on the planet, while exploring sustainable ways to make our environment a safer place to live.
Our Secondary Green Initiative and Student Council did a fantastic job leading Earth Day-themed activities for our elementary students. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the "Trashion" Show, where Secondary students showcased wearable art created entirely from recycled materials.
Beyond being a display of incredible creativity, collaboration, and communication, the show prompted a serious reflection on the sheer volume of waste we produce daily.

Following the activities, each elementary student made a personal pledge to make better choices for our planet.
